I would've never thought I would've been so happy getting a tooth extracted, The level of service they provided and the overall customer experience was amazing. My son have to get his wisdom teeth pulled, he's definitely coming to these guys. I never wrote a review before, but this team was great. I would strongly recommend using them in the future.

The facility was very clean, they take covid 19 guidelines very serious, they took your temperature once you enter the facility also they had a sanitize station available to wipe your hands, and they didn't allow you to used the same pin after someone else. The staff who were working in the front office was very friendly . Dr. Ken Moore was awesome. Once I was taken to the back for my examine / assessment of my tooth extraction , Dr. Kent Moore thoroughly explain the procedure in layman terms, he did a great job and my recover was quick, no pain after surgery and minimum pain after the anesthesia wore off. Thank you Dr. Ken and your wonderful staff members that you continue to praise and give all the credit to they were awesome as well.

I had a great experience with this office. The doctor gave me options before my surgery, made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. He did an amazing job for the procedure I had done. The office staff was outstanding - took great care of me, even called me the next day to see how I was feeling. I would definitely recommend this doctor and staff very highly.

The doctor and staff were excellent and I appreciate the good care. I would like to note that when someone is anxious about having work done, the ongoing loop on the TV of dental procedures is NOT helpful. It actually made me more nervous about the appointment. Please consider playing something else in the waiting room. Thank you.

I am very pleased with Dr. Moore and his staff. Dr. Moore explained my particular process completely. I had local anesthesia and Dr. Moore kept me informed as to his progress. In my situation, I needed additional care after Dr. Moore had opened up the problem area. I had been informed of this possibility ahead of time, so I was completely at ease about this. Postoperatively, I was given complete information about what to expect as the area healed. Also, I was given a "goodie bag" with gauze packs and SockIt! to help with my postop care. Additionally, other small touches indicated concern for my wellbeing. In the lobby, a monitor played a loop of information about proper dental care. On the way to my procedure, the staff asked me if I would like to use the restroom, rather than me having to ask them. The restroom is private and spotless, which I appreciated.

They were so professional and comforting. They knew just what to say and do for my teenage daughter to help her nerves that morining. They let us know what was going on every step of the way. My daughter had an east recovery and they called to check up on her. They were GREAT!!

The receptionist were friendly, polite, professional and most of all helpful. They took the initiative of making sure my insurance covered the bill and it helped even more that they were familiar with my insurance. I felt as though I was being treated for everything. Dr. Kent Moore, also friendly, was upfront about how my tooth extraction would go (step by step) and the different possible outcomes. There were no secrets. Charlotte Oral Surgery is upscale and epitomizes customer service….unfortanetly it is not a general dentist office; if it were I would only choose to go to Charlotte Oral Surgery.

Did a good job in the service I had done, but just disappointed that I had to reschedule my appointment at the last minute. I had to change all the appointments I had schedule to accommodate that the doctor was going out of town on the day my appointment was schedule.

I had to get 3 wisdom teeth extracted…was very nervous about it, but it was done very smoothly! Dr. Kent Moore was very nice. He explained the entire procedure first and answered all my questions/concerns. The recovery was also great. The office staff was very friendly and courteous!

I was missing teeth genetically and had a bridge for 17 years. I was not aware that the bone goes away if there are no teeth to hold. I didn’t want to lose any more teeth, so I looked into an implant. Dr. Moore was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in words that I could understand. I had Dr. Moore put the implant in with no issues. I was also very happy that there was little to no pain. Thank you to Dr Moore and to his wonderful staff!

I recently had my wisdom teeth removed at Charlotte Oral Surgery and could not have been happier with the service I received. It’s never fun going to the dentist (let’s all be honest), much less having a surgical procedure done, but I had a great oral surgeon who did an awesome job. The customer service was superior and I would highly recommend them.

I didn’t care for the visit. What was a major issue was for me was the billing and insurance process. The rep at the desk contacted my insurance agency but she didnt do the proper procedure in billing me for the visit. I was told to pay more money than unexpected, which made me feel uneasy about the entire process.. I didn’t apprecaite the service that was provided.

I was treated with repect and care for my well being. I dreded having the procedure done but in the end, there was no pain, very little discomfort and excellent results. I was well prepared for what was to be done, the procedure was flawless and the followup was great. I highly reccomend this practice and Dr Moore.

My 15 year old son had 4 impacted wisdom teeth extracted 2 weeks ago. The entire process was well explained in advance. The doctor was very thorough about risks and benefits. My son had to “go under” which concerned me initially, but turned out to be a good thing. His recovery pain and discomfort were minimal compared to what we were prepared to expect. COS did a great job by this dad and I recommend them highly.
