They were so professional and comforting. They knew just what to say and do for my teenage daughter to help her nerves that morining. They let us know what was going on every step of the way. My daughter had an east recovery and they called to check up on her. They were GREAT!!

The receptionist were friendly, polite, professional and most of all helpful. They took the initiative of making sure my insurance covered the bill and it helped even more that they were familiar with my insurance. I felt as though I was being treated for everything. Dr. Kent Moore, also friendly, was upfront about how my tooth extraction would go (step by step) and the different possible outcomes. There were no secrets. Charlotte Oral Surgery is upscale and epitomizes customer service....unfortanetly it is not a general dentist office; if it were I would only choose to go to Charlotte Oral Surgery.

I couldn't be any happier with the Doctor and the staff, including the office staff and medical personnel. Even as a first-time patient, I was made to feel comfortable and in "good hands." Everything was well explained to me and everyone was professional.

Did a good job in the service I had done, but just disappointed that I had to reschedule my appointment at the last minute. I had to change all the appointments I had schedule to accommodate that the doctor was going out of town on the day my appointment was schedule.

I had to get 3 wisdom teeth extracted...was very nervous about it, but it was done very smoothly! Dr. Kent Moore was very nice. He explained the entire procedure first and answered all my questions/concerns. The recovery was also great. The office staff was very friendly and courteous!

I was missing teeth genetically and had a bridge for 17 years. I was not aware that the bone goes away if there are no teeth to hold. I didn't want to lose any more teeth, so I looked into an implant. Dr. Moore was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in words that I could understand. I had Dr. Moore put the implant in with no issues. I was also very happy that there was little to no pain. Thank you to Dr Moore and to his wonderful staff!

I recently had my wisdom teeth removed at Charlotte Oral Surgery and could not have been happier with the service I received. It's never fun going to the dentist (let's all be honest), much less having a surgical procedure done, but I had a great oral surgeon who did an awesome job. The customer service was superior and I would highly recommend them.

Visit was great Learned a lot about the state of my mouth and what needs to be done to have healthy gums and teeth. Treatments so far have been painless, which I greatly appreciate

I didn't care for the visit. What was a major issue was for me was the billing and insurance process. The rep at the desk contacted my insurance agency but she didnt do the proper procedure in billing me for the visit. I was told to pay more money than unexpected, which made me feel uneasy about the entire process.. I didn't apprecaite the service that was provided.

I was treated with repect and care for my well being. I dreded having the procedure done but in the end, there was no pain, very little discomfort and excellent results. I was well prepared for what was to be done, the procedure was flawless and the followup was great. I highly reccomend this practice and Dr Moore.

The staff and Dr. Moore are very professional and efficient. They were able to answer my questions and I was very happy overall. They even offer an email service to communicate with the staff who give advice - I don't know of any offices that will do that!

My 15 year old son had 4 impacted wisdom teeth extracted 2 weeks ago. The entire process was well explained in advance. The doctor was very thorough about risks and benefits. My son had to "go under" which concerned me initially, but turned out to be a good thing. His recovery pain and discomfort were minimal compared to what we were prepared to expect. COS did a great job by this dad and I recommend them highly.
